2. Billing Information: To ensure prompt and correct processing of your order, please provide accurate and complete billing information. Big Three Coffee reserves the right to cancel orders if there are any discrepancies in the payment information provided.
3. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or other shipping-related issues after dispatch.
4. Payment Security: All transactions made on our Shopify platform are secured using the latest encryption technologies to protect your payment details. We do not store or retain your payment information after your transaction is completed.
5. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@bigthree.coffee. Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
6. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable for defective products or incorrect orders. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide proof of the defect (photographs or videos) or evidence of the incorrect product.
7. Non-Refundable Products: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for consumable items such as coffee beans, instant coffee, or brewed coffee, unless they are defective or the wrong product was delivered.
8. Refund Process: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days via the original payment method. Refunds may take additional time depending on your payment provider or bank.
9. Shipping Costs: Refunds do not include the original shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
10. Exchange Policy: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement as per our refund policy.
11. Changes to Terms: Big Three Coffee reserves the right to modify these payment terms and refund policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our Shopify store will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
